Payments, Wallet, Withdrawals, Refunds & Tax Policy

Transparency in creator compensation and compliance with financial regulations are paramount. This policy covers wallet management, withdrawal criteria, payout security, and taxation requirements.

1. Creator Wallet & Balance Tracking

MastiGuru maintains an immutable, double-entry financial ledger for all creator transactions. Earnings from advertising, referrals, and bonuses are tracked in Indian Rupees (INR) across two states: (a) Pending Balances undergoing automated traffic quality audit and fraud assessment; and (b) Settled Balances available for withdrawal upon meeting verified payout thresholds.

2. Withdrawal Requests & Payout Channels

Eligible creators with verified profiles and approved KYC documentation may submit withdrawal requests directly through their Creator Wallet. Supported payout methods include Direct Bank Account Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and Unified Payments Interface (UPI). Payout processing is executed on scheduled monthly cycles following audit reconciliation.

3. Minimum Thresholds & Processing Fees

Withdrawal requests are subject to an account minimum threshold to maintain operational viability and prevent micro-transaction banking charges. MastiGuru does not assess hidden processing penalties; standard banking gateway transmission fees or regulatory levies are transparently displayed prior to withdrawal confirmation.

4. Tax Documentation & Statutory Withholding (TDS)

In compliance with applicable taxation laws (including the Indian Income Tax Act and international tax treaties), creators are required to provide their Permanent Account Number (PAN) or national tax identifier, along with GSTIN if registered. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) is calculated, deducted, and remitted to statutory tax authorities where required, and relevant tax withholding certificates (e.g., Form 16A) are issued periodically.

5. Refunds, Reversals & Clawback Protections

Where revenue was generated from fraudulent traffic, invalid ad clicks, chargebacks from sponsored brand partners, or posts subsequently removed for severe copyright or safety violations, MastiGuru reserves the right to reverse corresponding ledger entries or debit accrued balances to rectify the financial discrepancy.

6. Platform Status & Owner Confirmation

[Notice: This financial and tax policy reflects our ledger architecture. Platform owners must confirm the official minimum withdrawal threshold (e.g., INR 1,000), verified banking settlement partners, payout dates (e.g., 15th of each calendar month), and registered corporate GSTIN entity details before production launch.]
