Advertising & Sponsored Content Policy
Commercial partnerships on MastiGuru must be transparent, authentic, and safe for all audiences. This policy details our brand safety classifications, disclosure rules, and prohibited categories.
1. Brand Safety & Advertising Eligibility Tiers
MastiGuru evaluates all published stories for advertising suitability using our automated brand safety engine. Content is assigned to one of four eligibility tiers: (a) Full Advertising Monetization (brand-safe for all advertisers); (b) Limited Advertiser Pool (suitable for general audiences but containing nuanced or sensitive themes); (c) Manual Review Required (flagged for review prior to ad serving); and (d) Not Eligible for Monetization (violates advertiser safety standards).
2. Mandatory Commercial & Sponsored Disclosures
Transparency is required whenever a creator receives compensation, free products, services, or commercial incentives to write about a topic. All sponsored articles, brand integrations, and affiliate links must include prominent, unambiguous disclosures at the top of the story (e.g., '#ad', '[Sponsored]', or platform-provided Sponsored badges). Hidden or deceptive commercial endorsements violate platform rules and consumer protection regulations.
3. Prohibited Advertising Categories
MastiGuru strictly prohibits ads or paid promotions involving: (a) predatory financial schemes, get-rich-quick programs, or unregistered investment advisories; (b) unapproved pharmaceuticals, illicit drugs, or dangerous wellness supplements; (c) adult services, weapons, explosives, or spyware; (d) deceptive software, malware, or phishing; and (e) hate-based, discriminatory, or politically extremist messaging.
4. Native Advertising & Editorial Independence
Readers must always be able to distinguish between editorial journalism and paid commercial promotions. Sponsored stories must adhere to clear visual demarcation, must not mimic platform system announcements, and must not compromise the editorial integrity or independence of MastiGuru content.
5. Affiliate Links & Performance Tracking
Creators may include relevant affiliate links in their stories provided they: (a) add genuine analytical or critical value; (b) explicitly disclose the presence of affiliate links to readers; and (c) do not deploy cloaked, deceptive, or auto-redirecting URLs.
6. Platform Status & Owner Confirmation
