Community Safety Policy
Safeguarding our community is foundational to MastiGuru. This policy establishes our commitments to preventing abuse, safeguarding vulnerable users, and responding decisively to threats of harm.
1. Zero Tolerance for Severe Harms
MastiGuru enforces zero tolerance against the most severe forms of digital abuse. This includes child sexual exploitation and abuse imagery (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content or intimate imagery (NCII), depictions of extreme graphic violence, terrorism, violent extremism, and content that encourages or provides instruction for suicide or self-harm. Any such content results in immediate permanent termination and referral to international child protection and legal authorities.
2. Anti-Harassment & Bullying Protections
We do not tolerate harassment, targeted intimidation, cyberstalking, hate speech, or defamatory attacks aimed at silencing or degrading individuals. Coordinated brigading, mass downvoting/reporting, malicious exposure of personal contact details (doxxing), and attempts to intimidate creators or readers are strictly banned.
3. Impersonation & Identity Fraud
Users may not misrepresent their identity, pretend to be another person, brand, company, or platform administrator, or establish deceptive parody accounts intended to mislead readers. Verified creator badges are awarded only after formal review and may be revoked immediately for identity manipulation.
4. Minor Safety & Age Requirements
MastiGuru is intended for users who meet the minimum statutory digital consent age in their country of residence (typically 13 years of age or older, or 18 years for financial and creator monetization features). We provide safety safeguards to protect underage readers, prevent predatory behavior, and restrict mature themes to age-appropriate boundaries.
5. Emergency Response & Imminent Harm Disclosures
If platform monitors or community members detect content indicating an imminent risk of loss of life, severe physical injury, or catastrophic harm, MastiGuru reserves the right to disclose relevant technical and user account data to emergency services and appropriate law enforcement entities without delay.
6. Platform Status & Owner Confirmation
