Navigate to Settings > Security. You can register WebAuthn biometric passkeys (Windows Hello, Touch ID, or security keys), activate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy), view and save backup recovery codes, and monitor or revoke active login sessions across devices.
How can I update my profile details?
Go to Settings > Profile to customize your display name, bio, location, personal website, avatar, cover banner, and social media handles (X/Twitter, GitHub, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram).
What happens if I forget my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in screen, enter your registered email address, and follow the secure reset instructions dispatched to your inbox. If you have active passkeys registered, you can also sign in directly using your passkey without entering a password.
Can I delete or deactivate my account?
Yes. You can initiate temporary deactivation or permanent account deletion under Account Settings or by contacting support. Permanent deletion initiates a 30-day erasure process for personal profile data while preserving legally mandated transaction and audit logs.

How do I create and publish a story?
Log in with a creator account and open Creator Studio. Use the rich-text editor to compose your article, insert headings, format code blocks, and upload media. Before publishing, review automated SEO checks, verify image alt texts, assign categories and tags, and select 'Publish' or save as draft.
Does MastiGuru support AI writing assistance?
Yes. Creator Studio includes AI writing suggestions, headline generation, readability analysis, and SEO optimization tools. Creators must review all AI-generated content for accuracy, disclose significant AI generation, and adhere to our Creator Guidelines.
Can I edit an article after it has been published?
Yes. Open your Creator Dashboard or Studio Inbox, navigate to your published stories, and choose 'Edit'. Updated content is re-indexed automatically by the search engine.
Creator Economy, Rewards & Monetization
How do creators earn money on MastiGuru?
Eligible creators earn revenue through multiple streams: advertising impressions and substantive reader engagement, quality bonuses for in-depth articles, community referral programs, and approved affiliate commerce partnerships.
What are the eligibility requirements for monetization?
Creators must have an active, verified account with complete profile information, complete KYC verification where required by financial regulations, maintain zero active copyright strikes, and publish brand-safe original content.
How is invalid or fraudulent traffic handled?
Our revenue engine continuously monitors engagement quality using reading time verification and automated anti-fraud detection. Bot clicks, artificial reloaders, and coordinated traffic rings are disqualified and can lead to permanent account suspension.
Payments, Wallet & Taxes
Where can I see my accrued earnings?
Open your Creator Wallet from the left navigation or creator dashboard. You can review real-time balances in INR, inspect pending versus settled earnings, and review itemized ledger transactions.
How do I request a withdrawal?
Once your settled wallet balance reaches the platform minimum threshold, you can initiate a payout request via Direct Bank Account Transfer (NEFT/RTGS) or UPI under Creator Wallet > Withdraw.
Are earnings subject to tax deduction (TDS)?
Yes. In accordance with applicable Indian tax laws, creators must provide their PAN or national tax identifier. Required Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) is remitted to statutory authorities, and tax certificates (such as Form 16A) are issued accordingly.

How do I report abusive or infringing content?

Can I use copyrighted images in my stories?
