Content Removal & Reporting Policy
MastiGuru is dedicated to maintaining a safe, trustworthy, and respectful publishing environment. This policy details how community members can report harmful content, how investigations are conducted, and how creators can appeal enforcement actions.
1. Grounds for Content Removal
MastiGuru proactively reviews and acts upon reports of content that violates our standards or applicable law. Grounds for removal include: hate speech and discrimination; harassment, intimidation, or bullying; non-consensual disclosure of private information (doxxing); explicit, sexually violent, or non-consensual media; credible threats of violence or self-harm; intellectual property infringement; malware, phishing, and scam distribution; and coordinated spam or disinformation campaigns.
2. How to Report Content
Users may report content through available post-level moderation actions, creator profile report options, or by contacting platform support directly. When filing a report, please supply: (a) direct URL to the story, comment, or profile; (b) specific policy violation category; (c) timestamp and screenshots if relevant; and (d) a concise description explaining why the content poses harm or breaches platform rules.
3. Triage, Assessment & Moderation Workflows
Reports are queued into our trust & safety moderation engine. High-severity violations (such as exploitation, violence, or severe doxxing) receive priority review. Where an immediate threat is detected, interim restrictions, content hiding, or account suspension may occur pending final human determination.
4. Notification & Right to Appeal
When content is restricted or removed, the authoring creator is notified with details regarding the violated policy standard where legally permissible. Creators who believe their content was removed in error, taken out of context, or misclassified have the right to file an administrative appeal via their Creator Studio or support portal within 14 calendar days.
5. Preservation of Evidence & Law Enforcement Cooperation
In cases involving unlawful conduct, fraud, or threats to physical safety, MastiGuru maintains immutable audit logs and preserves forensic records in accordance with statutory requirements and cooperates with legitimate law enforcement requests following formal legal process.
6. Platform Status & Owner Confirmation
